Record Holder, National Champion, and 2025 SA Bench Press Champion with a passion for helping athletes and individuals unlock their full potential.
With over five years of coaching experience at a private gym, he has worked with a diverse range of individuals, from competitive powerlifters to corporate professionals and rehab patients. His expertise extends beyond the gym, having led bootcamps for top corporate companies such as JP Morgan, Stanlib, Kuehne + Nagel (K+N), and Deutsche Bank, as well as specialized rehabilitation training at Houghton House.
